Backup power: match the system to the loads
Use actual loads, runtime, output and recharge strategy to narrow the solution class before comparing current options.
Start with loads, then check capacity and output
List essential loads
Separate must-run devices from conveniences.
Estimate energy
Use Wh/day and required outage duration.
Check output and surge
Adequate battery energy does not guarantee an appliance will start.
Plan recharging
Grid, vehicle and solar charging depend on the scenario.
Estimate the devices you actually need to keep running, their watts and required runtime first. Battery capacity is measured in watt-hours (Wh); inverter output in watts (W). Real runtime is lower than simple nameplate math because system losses and device behavior vary.
Charging Backup
Portable charging for phones, lights and other small USB-powered essentials.
Phones, radios, USB lights and other low-energy essentials.
Compare usable capacity, ports and charging speed. A power bank is not a substitute for a larger AC backup system.
Skip this class if you need to run refrigerators, medical equipment with AC input or several household loads.

Check current offer →Essential-Load Power Backup
Mid-size portable power for selected essential loads. Runtime must be calculated for the actual devices.
A small number of important loads where you have calculated actual power use and runtime.
Use the runtime calculator and check startup demand, especially for compressor-based appliances.
Do not choose by battery size alone when a device has a high startup surge or safety-critical runtime requirement.

Check current offer →Medium Household Power Backup
Around the 1 kWh class for longer runtimes or several selected loads.
Around the 1 kWh class for longer outages or several carefully selected loads.
Compare battery capacity, inverter output, recharge options and expansion path—not marketing labels.
A larger station is unnecessary when your measured load and required runtime fit a smaller class.
